A seasoned business leader, Mr. Guruprasad brings over two decades of experience in driving business growth across India, the Middle East, and Sri Lanka. With strong expertise in market expansion, partnerships, and business development, he ensures solutions remain relevant, scalable, and impactful.

An investment banking and strategic management professional with over 20 years of experience across financial services and corporate strategy. Known for her analytical rigour, Ms. Jayashri has led complex initiatives and effectively bridged finance, strategy, and execution to deliver strong organizational outcomes.
A serial entrepreneur and growth strategist with multiple business exits, he mentors and invests in 70+ startups. He contributes to entrepreneurship development at SASTRA University and is a regular speaker at forums like NASSCOM, CII, MCCI, and TiE, promoting innovation and Blue Ocean strategy.
A seasoned corporate and legal professional with over 37+ years of experience across corporate law, governance, and infrastructure projects. Currently Executive Vice President – Legal at The Sanmar Group, Mr. Sethuraman oversees legal, regulatory, labor, M&A, and fundraising functions across multiple business verticals.
Nearly four decades of cross-sector experience across paper, chemicals, consulting, and financial services. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with a Ph.D. from MDI, Mr. Kumaraswamy has built global partnerships, mobilized international funding, and held leadership roles including Chairman (Defence Electronics) and Director at Sirpur Paper Mills.
A veteran marketing professional with 33+ years in B2B marketing and the auto component industry, he brings deep expertise in industrial sales and brand building. Currently Head of Marketing for Rane Group’s Aftermarket Business, Mr. Narayanan actively contributes to industry initiatives through ACMA.
